What is Mabel™?
Mabel is a gentle guinea pig character designed to provide all-day emotional regulation and sensory support for children. Our Mabel products include weighted blankets in 4 calming colors and a regulation toolkit with journal and stickers.
What ages are Mabel products designed for?
Mabel blankets are suitable for all ages. The Regulation Toolkit (journal + stickers) is designed for ages 4-10, but can be adapted for older or younger children based on their needs.
Are Mabel products only for neurodivergent children?
No! While Mabel products provide wonderful support for children with autism, ADHD, anxiety, and sensory processing needs, they're designed for ALL children who experience big feelings and need regulation support.
What makes Mabel blankets different from regular weighted blankets?
Mabel blankets are designed specifically for all-day regulation support, not just bedtime. They're perfect for homework time, car rides, therapy sessions, calm down corners, and any moment your child needs gentle support.

How do I choose which color?
Choose the color that resonates most with your child! Each color offers the same gentle support - the choice is about personal preference and what feels most calming to your child.
Can I wash Mabel products?
Yes! Mabel blankets are machine washable. The Regulation Journal should be kept dry, but the sticker sheet is durable and water-resistant.
What's included in the Regulation Toolkit?
The toolkit includes a 30-page spiral notebook with 7 sections (emotions, sensory check-ins, breathing exercises, calm down strategies, daily tracking, and reward charts) PLUS a kiss-cut sticker sheet with 15 regulation and affirmation stickers.
